Dont know much about the quality of the shop part of Kahls. Review is for café part of the shop. Its located inside triangeln and they have a friendly barista that make an okay espresso. They even have a smal table for two of you wish to sit here and drink your coffee /espresso. If the table decor was taken better care of and they placed the table just a bit further from the wall I would sit here and people watch again. As is, a weak 3 star rating for friendly service. Probably wont come back in a hurry.

Good store, bad staff. Seems to be a consistent theme just at this location. Terribly rude and inappropriate staff. Overheard them quietly mocking patrons for wearing masks. Ignored another woman asking for help. I've had good experiences with other locations but negative ones at every visit here. Left without purchase. Bought sweets at local bakery instead where staff were more friendly.
